The candidate is highly organized and with excellent communication skills. The candidate will support the field sales force with technical-, product- and applications support. In addition, commercial support is given by generating and submission of quotes to customers. Administers all phases of quotes and orders and assists other departments to resolve any issues or problems throughout the order process. Reports on market conditions and technical product requirements needed to grow market share in the territory.

Has previous Customer Service & Applications Support experience. Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to read technical specification and recommend solutions to customers. Strong team, motivational, and communication skills. Ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) from four-year college or university or appropriate experience in application support / technical support.
