Essential Responsibilities
- Full ownership of general company email & distribution of emails to the designated personnel
- Full ownership of customer portals including but not limited to SAP Ariba
- Distribution of RFQ’s and PO’s from portal to designated channels
- tracking all commercial registration documents for company with major end users and ensuring that they are always up to date
- Handling all of the companies qualifications in major end-users in the region
- Uploading Proposals on the customers portals & tracking all incoming communication and purchase orders
- Preparation of spare parts quotation for major end-users in Saudi
Position Requirements
- Mechanical or industrial engineering degree, or Business or IT degree or equivalent
- 10 years’ experience in O&G and chemical/petrochemical industries, preferably in the pumps industry
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
- high knowledge of SAP Ariba and end-user online portals in Saudi
