Essential Responsibilities
Job Description
- Identify and communicate with key stakeholders
- Monitor release of BOM, PRN, conversion of PR to POs as per decided timelines.
- Follow up with buyers for documents and comparison sheets for PO approvals on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Monitor and escalate constraints faced during order execution.
- Review daily issues faced during customer witness inspections.
- Attend Kick off meetings and regular project review meetings and highlight constraints/ delays.
- Monitor and drive process and productivity improvements initiatives in plant.
- Regular review of progress for decided roadmaps for current and next few years
- Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools
- Liaise between various business departments and groups
- Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling
- Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations
Position Requirements
Requirement:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Advanced technical skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Good command on MS Office and power point presentation skills.
