Position Summary

For our Service Department we are searching for the next possible date a Manager Aftermarket

Essential Responsibilities

Your responsibilities:

  • Strategic development of the Aftermarket department with overall responsibility for the areas of spare parts, commissioning, claims and repair shop
  • Technical and disciplinary management of the teams in Wiesbaden and the Essen Service Centre
  • Creation and implementation of service standards and guidelines
  • Development and expansion of after sales offerings, taking into account market and customer requirements
  • Further development of the customer service area in conjunction with the spare parts business in the area of digitalisation

Position Requirements

Your Profile:

  • Technical Education with good commercial understanding or commercial Education with a technical focus
  • Several years of experience in the after market
  • Technical expertise in the field of pumps
  • Experience in dealing with KPIs
  • Organisational skills and ability to resolve conflicts
  • Negotiating skills, self-confidence, ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to cooperate and goal-orientated thinking
  • Assertiveness
  • Convincing demeanour
  • Ability to present complex issues in an understandable way
  • Ability to work in a team and cooperative behaviour
  • Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
