Role Summary:
Localization and new project launch国产化及新项目导入 Supply base development, assessment and optimization 供应商开发，评估及优化
Main Responsibilities / Tasks:
• Scouting and validation of new suppliers 发掘，认可及导入新供应商
• Assessment and optimization of supply base, guarantee business continuity, set up supplier assessment matrix 评估和优化供应商体系, 保证业务的持续性, 建立供应商评估矩阵
• Timing and milestone tracking and management, monthly report of localization progress and key suppliers/projects development 节点及重要里程碑跟进及管理；月度报告国产化及关键供应商或项目开发进度
• Lead supplier management activities, incl. (but not limited to) supplier performance evaluation (scorecard), OTD, Quality and etc. 负责供应商管理，包含供应商绩效评估，包含按时交付率，质量表现等等
• Calibrate with SQE and deep involvement of supplier improvement activity. 协同SQE 并深度解读供应商改善工作
• Maintain category database, be the owner of active category supplier list and price list, SAP info record updating and commodity contracts; 维护物料种类的数据库，管理供应商清单和价格清单，维护SAP系统和物料采购合同
• Price negotiation skill to have the preliminary cost competitiveness evaluation and other potential needs 价格谈判技巧，初期成本评估和其他潜在工作要求
• Flexible to travel; 50% of working time 需要出差，50%的工作时间
• Master in SAP and excel 熟练使用SAP, Excel 等软件
Years of Experience in the positions:
Minimum of 5 years’ experiences in SDE of direct material purchasing in automotive industry, NPI and program management experience will be a plus
至少5年以上汽车行业直接物料采购SDE经验, NPI或项目管理经验为加分项
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Experience related to one or more components (Stamping, Springs, and Metals), friction pad industry will be plus；一种或多种原材料采购经验，比如冲压件、弹簧和其它金属类零件，摩擦片行业经验更佳
• Excellent negotiation skill is a must；具备出色的谈判技巧和经验
• Effective communication;高效的沟通技能
• Being transparent and respectful, Hands-on; 坦率的，有礼貌的，亲历亲为的
• Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;英语听说读写流利
