Position Summary

This position will support driving results through Commercial Excellence, developing and using IP Systems to drive hard business results. This position requires a dedicated hands-on expert, driving selectivity using Customer Relationship Management tools and IIR to maximise chances of winning and driving utilization of the systems to track and progress opportunities. Ensuring system data integrity is reliable and enables smart decision-making. They will also support in providing a comprehensive suite of metrics and analytics to enable deep understanding of business dynamics, trends and competitor and market insight. They will also support in monthly reporting to the SLT related to commercial performance, price realisation and sales region forecasting.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute large-scale systems and process improvement projects within EMEAI focused on driving commercial engineering excellence with better utilization and leveraging of tools and systems AND how that flows-through to execution within operations. Effectively coordinate these projects with the Value Center Champion and other improvement project teams.
  • Ownership of Regional Data Integrity: Ensuring systems (ePrism, EQL, IIR) are both fully utilized and optimized (user interface and utilization/adoption) and infosystems are accurate to enable smart decision-making – with a strong level of analytics behind the systems to ground assumptions.
  • Own and complete Price Realisation on a monthly basis. Communicate results to SLT and identify gaps at operations where there might be price leakage to the market. Identify initiatives to increase price realisation within the region
  • Support with the Yearly Sales Bonus process by ensuring data is aligned, Sales Targets and Plans are all in place for all individuals, manage the team to successfully complete the process and manage any necessary change during the year such as Sales Code responsibility and ownership and sales credit assignment
  • Work in parallel with Global ComEx team to support from an EMEAI perspective and ensuring all initiatives are aligned globally
  • Coordinate and run regional sales forecast meeting on a monthly basis with all Sales Leaders. Filter, analysis and prepare regional commercial deck for the Management Business Review with ITT.
  • Participate in the Global Pricing Strategy team and coordinate initiatives to improve our pricing strategy globally
  • Carry out detailed Orders and Sales analysis for the region to under business dynamics, trends, competitor and market insights and communicate accordingly to key stakeholders.
