Position Summary

CCT China HR related responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities

  1. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  2. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and and resolve any issues that may arise
  3. Promote HR programs to create an efficient workplace
  4. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  5. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  6. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  7. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly
  8. Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  9. Abide by ESH policies, perform ESH responsibilities, carry out ESH activities, ensure that work meets ESH requirements, and achieve ESH performance.
  10. Other works assigned by the superior.

Position Requirements

  1. University Degree with major in Human Resources, business management or other related fields;
  2. Good command of MS Office software, in particular in advanced excels, PPT ;
  3. Good communication skills, Team work with others, Cooperate with other dept., service awareness;
  4. Good attitude to learn, to be solution provider.
