Position Summary

The Spare Parts Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing the after-sales support and services for ITT IP products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and after-sales service, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the pump industry.

Essential Responsibilities

 * Grow the parts business in the assigned territory within Greater China region according to agreed targets. Cover all sales processes to achieve aftermarket business growth targets including duplicated pump and / or spare parts. Responsible for creating a sales plan to grow the revenue for approval by the sales manager.

 * Create and update parts channel partners mapping in the target area, manage parts channel partners, and develop new parts channel partners to fill the blank area. Ensure the healthy development of partners and balance within territories.

 * Conduct training to empower parts channel partners on parts selection from datasheet. Develop financial goals and incentives for them together with the line manager. Make sure the partners understand the policy of the company.

 * Manage installation base information, proactively visit end-user customers, and solve their pain points. Deeply build up the service offerings pipeline projects with cooperation with service manager, provide expert advice to industry existing end users, and provide professional solutions including overhaul/retrofit/revamping/lifecycle service agreements, repair contracts, maintenance contracts, etc. for all types of rotating equipment.

 * Register and nurture opportunities in the global CRM tool according to company guidelines. Ensure customer master data is updated on the portfolio of customers under own responsibility.

 * Close collaboration with OE sales team to secure capital spare parts.

Position Requirements

 * Bachelor’s degree is a must, major in mechanical automation or related will be a plus.

 * Experience in parts sales and aftermarket service environment.

 * Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in mechanical rotating equipment industry

 * Strong Dealer/Channel management experience preferred.

 * Strong sense of aftermarket business.
