Position Summary

HR Associate to provide support to all HR Operations

Essential Responsibilities

  • Assists with recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, job offers, and applicant tracking in the job database.
  • Conducting employees’ orientations.
  • Conducting candidate references and verifying education listings.
  • Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
  • Assist on safety tasks
  • Maintains data integrity in the HRIS system, updating HR records and employee files to ensure accurate records and always kept and we adhere to monthly reporting deadlines.
  • Supports the HR Manager and wider leadership team in the delivery of HR elements of organizational and cultural change activities.
  • Keep track on employees’ vacation records
  • Support local benefits programs
  • Support training programs for the employees
  • Support HR operations

Position Requirements

Education:

 Bachelor’s degree

 

Experience:

1-2 years’ experience in a similar position


Skills/Knowledge:

  • Fluent in English (other language plus)
  • Team Oriented
  • Strong PC Skills with Windows and Office Programs
  • Self -Starter
  • Excellent Communication Skills
