ITT Operates Through Three Value Centers (business Units)
Industrial Process designs and manufactures pumps, valves, monitoring and control systems, water treatment and aftermarket services for the chemical, oil and gas, mining and other industrial process markets, as well as global service capabilities;
Motion Technologies designs and manufactures brake pads, shock absorbers and sealing solutions for the automotive and rail markets;
Connect and Control Technologies designs and manufactures harsh-environment connectors and critical energy absorption and flow control components primarily for the aerospace, defense and industrial markets.
About The Role:
The purpose of this position is to provide Human Resources support to the ITT’S offices in Athens/Greece- UK- France- Spain & Kazakhstan. This role requires close working relationship with the local Management teams of the respective countries Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to align with each country's regulations. You'll manage recruitment efforts, employee relations, and ensure compliance with local labor laws. Additionally, you'll collaborate with local teams, provide leadership training, and contribute to the overall global HR strategy of the organization. Effective communication and cultural sensitivity are crucial for success in this role.
