Manage assigned sales territory to develop and increase volume with the intent of meeting/exceeding revenue and margin objectives, to provide a direct and personal business relationship between the client and ITT.
As well as supporting distributors in the assigned territory to achieve the sales budget.
The General Accountin performs more complex technical accounting and internal control tasks demonstrating a complete understanding of principles, theories, and concepts of accounting applicable to the systems or functions being performed. The scope of responsibility requires individual initiative to assimilate data from various sources, analyze and report the data, and recommend alternative solutions. To qualify, the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with more than five years of relevant experience. In addition, responsible for preparing relevant information for management and/or external parties (auditors, customers, suppliers) acting in compliance with local regulations.
Develop existing accounts to achieve maximum penetration and achieve sales forecast for target centrifugal pumps, spare parts and services.
• Establish sales budgets for distributors according to assigned territory and market to meet annual goals and meet customer after-sales requirements.
• Present technical seminars, provide information and aggressively pursue compliance with customer requirements.
• Create “trust” with the client and fulfill all commitments. Make things happen to satisfy customers.
• Actively support strategic account programs across all strategic account locations.
• Focus on consultative selling.
• Actively increase sales to the aftermarket, including parts, professional repairs, maintenance contracts, field services, Procast and upgrades.
• Intelligent promotion of new ITT technologies.
• Bachelor of Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. Client portfolio in the area.
• Use of PC with Windows and Office programs, mainly Excel (advanced level required), Word and PowerPoint.
• Written and oral communication in English (advanced level required, preferably)
