The position
As a FSD Production Lines Operator you are responsible for the operation of your FSD production line, many robots, vision systems, lasers, and sophisticated testing equipment in a high-tech cleanroom.
The employee works on the basis of orders from the planning team (work lists), on the basis of available drawings and the company's book of standards. The work sequence of work orders is fixed in the work list, if this cannot be respected, this must be reported to the manager. In the event a manager is not available, the next available production order from the work list is to be used. The employee will be confronted with a wide variety products. The order size varies from a few hundred pieces to large series of up to 15,000 pcs. The operator may be required to set up the machine several times per shift.
