The EDI Technical Lead oversees and leads the consolidation, development, implementation, administration and support of our EDI systems, processes, vendor interactions and all-encompassing support model for the global enterprise. This person will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage EDI projects, manage day-to-day activities and ensure seamless electronic data exchange with our partners and customers. This individual should have a strong technical background in EDI, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of business processes and integration.
Today, ITT uses multiple disparate EDI platforms and service models across the globe. The person selected for this role will be leading the efforts to consolidate and standardize EDI efforts for the enterprise, moving toward a centralized platform and service delivery model.

The person in this role will be a key team member entrusted to lead and manage all EDI services for the enterprise, providing hands on assistance, should the need arise to ensure services are delivered in alignment with contractual agreements and business expectations. Additionally, this person will work with their teammates and functional owners to ensure IT service delivery is effectively and efficiently executed. You will work to establish thoughtful plans, risk assessments and implementation plans.
