Maintenance Engineering Manager

As Maintenance Manager you’ll ensure that systems, machinery and equipment are maintained in the best operating conditions, respecting  environment and safety, guaranteeing Efficiency and Quality.

• Guarantee the execution of maintenance activities, defining a program and coordinating the internal resources and suppliers
• Ensure the correct conservation of equipment/equipment/systems, including those relevant to the EHS
• Ensure the availability of spare parts and their correct management
• Monitor company indicators with a focus in the continuous improvement, guarantee compliance with the assigned budget
• Manage the different maintenance teams, in compliance with labor regulations, ensuring their growth and development, promoting cooperation and a good level of communication
• Propose improvement activities
• Supervises that everyone respect the legal obligations in the EHS field (such as the use of PPE-DPI, the access in the restricted areas, etc), verifying any risk situations related with equipment, PPE, tools.
• Has the authority to order the abandonment of the workplace in case of dangerous situations and to coordinate emergency situations
• Manage and verify the activities of suppliers, with  specific focus on preventing any risk to the Environment, Health and Safety
• Carry out operational checks on machines, equipment and systems

• Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• Professional use of MS Office and mechanical Cad such as Autocad or Solidworks
• Ability to understand the different levels of urgency, working with different priorities
• Teamwork

• Excellent analytical skills, problem solving and proactivity
