Position Summary

We're looking for an Energy & Sustainability PM who will be reporting to the Energy & Sustainability Director. As the Energy & Sustainability PM you will be coordinating identified energy efficiency projects and initiatives for out MT facilities

Essential Responsibilities

  • coordinate identified energy efficiency projects and initiatives, from kick-off to implementation and monitoring of results, in compliance with deadlines and budget;
  • identify the right measurement system to monitor energy consumption;
  • producing and maintaining project specifications, schedules and documentations;
  • scouting activities for potential external providers (services and supplies);
  • work with internal stakeholders to fulfill project deliverables;
  • support and coordinate external suppliers for the respect of milestones and objectives;
  • coordinate project team meetings and monitor/report on project progress;
  • identify business needs and market opportunities;
  • contribute to the identification of new potential projects to reduce energy consumptions;
  • engage internal and external stakeholders in Energy & Sustainability initiatives;
  • follow the evolution of new technologies, new sources and new public funding/incentives in the energy/sustainability field;
  • support in the Carbon Footprint evaluation;
  • contribute to the Energy & Sustainability medium-long term strategy of the Value Center.

Position Requirements

  • Degree in Energy Engineering or equivalent;
  • 3+ years’ experience in the field in structured multinational or industrial companies or consultancy;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and task, prioritize higher value work, handle deadline pressures and sensitive information;
  • Strong team building/working attitude;
  • Field work and hands-on approach;
  • Ability to work independently and creatively;
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills;
  • Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels;
  • Willing to travel worldwide 25% time.
