SharePoint Analyst

The purpose of the Applications Systems Developer is to participate in the development of high quality, cost effective SharePoint solutions using Power Platform for a multinational organization. These SharePoint solutions should seek to enhance normal and expected business operations and foster collaboration across the enterprise.

 Essential functions for the role:

• Experience consulting with clients to provide effort estimates, design and develop solutions based on Microsoft SharePoint 2016/SharePoint Online and Power Apps.

·         Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with users and support team members to develop SharePoint solutions that meet customer needs, while adhering to established standards.

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to develop efficient and logical workflows that match the requirement.

·         Power apps Experience, Infopath Experience or equivalent forms design experience with forms that are attractive, intuitive, easy to use, and match the requirements of a specific business process.

·         Ability to use Power Platform to develop applications and automate business processes.

·         Ability to customize SharePoint web parts to match the functional and formatting requirements of a specific site.

·         Ability to use CSS, HTML, JavaScript and Rest API and Custom Web Parts design.

·         Thorough knowledge of SharePoint’s collaboration features and the ability to show users how to use these features to enhance their team activities.

·         Ability to document business requirements and solutions.

·         Ability to provide training, demonstrations, and other support to users as needed.

·         Experience with migrating site collections from one version of SharePoint to another

·         Intermediate level knowledge of MSSQL Server

·         Experience with C# is an additional skill that will be highly appreciated and beneficial for this role.

Experience Essentials:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or relevant job experience with above requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with SharePoint and using it to develop sites or applications that include complex design features, custom forms and workflows with multiple tasks.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Power platform
• Demonstrable knowledge of common business functions in a large organization from the shop floor to the front office.
• Experience with and understanding of Microsoft Office suite and Active Directory.
• Position requires strong English communication (verbal, written) skills. Along with some customer service skills including the ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of people.
• Experience with C# is an additional skill that will be highly appreciated and beneficial for this role.
