For the next posible date we are searching for a Head of Operations who is responsible for all the Production and assembly related departments and in addition the Order Handling departmen
• Planning, controlling and optimizing processes within the area of responsibility/tasks
• People management
• Operational management of the areas of production and production control order handling
• Complete P&L responsibility for these areas
• Optimization of processes and procedures in all departments. Improving the introduction of CIP, Lean Management, Kaizen and KPI control
• Direct management and development of the 3 direct reports
• Continuous increase in productivity/efficiency, setup and cycle times
• Promoting a culture of change and innovation
• Reporting to management

Requirements profile:
• Successfully completed technical studies in mechanical engineering/industrial engineer
• Several years of experience (10+) in a management position with responsibility for the manufacturing processes (production with batch size 1, special machine construction using metal, ceramics, plastic) in the area of pump manufacturing or turbine construction
• Confident in planning and implementing lean activities (KVP, SFM, increasing productivity and efficiency)
• Good knowledge in the areas of work preparation, production logistics, production, manufacturing and order control
• Strong skills in leadership, motivation and further development of employees
• Structured and timely work with high quality standards
• Teamwork and cooperative behavior
• Fluent German and English skills
• General IT/PC knowledge required (MS Office), as well as ERP and planning systems
