We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven North American Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of highly skilled Solutions Engineers in the region located in Stafford, TX. This role will focus on supporting the End User Sales team to deliver commercially attractive and technically viable solutions to end users for rotating equipment, particularly in centrifugal pump repair and upgrade solutions.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that your team has the resources and capabilities to meet corporate targets, drive growth, develop strong customer relationships, and increase market share. You will oversee technical activities such as on-site assessments, root cause analysis, and the development of standard and complex equipment repair and upgrade proposals. Additionally, you will manage pipeline generation, forecasting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute engineered solutions across diverse industries.

Knowledge & Skills
Experience
8+ years of experience in a technical sales leadership role within engineered solutions or the rotating equipment sector, with a focus on centrifugal pumps, pump repair, or upgrades.
Competencies
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced certifications or an MBA are a plus
Travel
Ability to travel frequently across North America (estimated 50% travel).
