MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow up on indirect requisitions from different areas such as production, warehouse, IT, etc.
• Register and update every purchase indirect order in excel file.
• Support Supply Chain Manager on register new supplier gathering all the information requested.
• Request information missing from supply if necessary, such as certificates, reports and others.

EDUCATION:  

Electrical, mechanical, industrial engineer.

CREDENTIALS OR CERTIFICATIONS:

English, able to maintain a business conversation, written communication.

EXPERIENCE:

NOT NECESSARY.

Purchasing, scheduling, supplier relationship management, execution, planning, scheduling control.
