  • Motion Technologies: (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of ~ 4,000; operates in 13 countries) manufactures brake components and specialized sealing solutions, shock absorbers and damping technologies primarily for the global automotive, truck and trailer, public bus and rail transportation markets. 
  • Industrial Process: (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of ~3,400; operates in 30 countries) manufactures engineered fluid process equipment serving a diversified mix of customers in global industries such as chemical, energy, mining, and other industrial process markets and is a provider of plant optimization and efficiency solutions and aftermarket services and parts. 
  • Connect and Control Technologies: (Revenue of $0.8B; headcount of ~ 3,800; operates in 10 countries) manufactures harsh-environment connector solutions, critical energy absorption, flow control components, and composite materials for the aerospace and defense, general industrial, medical, and energy markets.

 

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Quality Leader to be responsible for production and technological process quality control.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Quality control of technological process on each of the operations in its entirety of the production process, mentor the process problem solving and troubleshooting.
  • Approval for the production of the new codes on the basis of the results of the tests, implementation of internal audits of the quality of the transport.
  • Leadership training, management and updating of the FMEA and control plan, set the quality objectives and related training, responsible for the implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Cooperation on projects of customers-APQP (internal qualifications), PPAP/FAI ;Lead new project quality development and validation
  • Involved in customer audits and drive internal audits for further improvement.
  • Focus on identification and traceability control, nonconformity control, risk analysis, process key indicators management.
  • Management of internal conflicts in accordance with the applicable standards of the company and for the use of tools, quality and statistical tools.
  • Cooperation with the heads of staff of the Department on the continual improvement of the production process, update the documentation to the technological procedures, training.
  • Familiar with quality tools (FMEA, 5S, SIX SIGMA).
  • Compliance with the standards of the quality of processes, when deviations from the standard quality to ensure the necessary steps to the remedy.
  • Performance of the work in accordance with the regulations for safety and hygiene of work, protection of the environment.
  • Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities, carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, engineering background is preferred.
