• Motion Technologies: (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of ~ 4,000; operates in 13 countries) manufactures brake components and specialized sealing solutions, shock absorbers and damping technologies primarily for the global automotive, truck and trailer, public bus and rail transportation markets.

'- To prepare master planning for all jobs in consultation with all internal stake holders keeping in mind the customer delivery date
- To coordinate all morning meetings and update status on all ongoing jobs. Communicate to all internal customers about their time schedule and help in resolving issues if any
-To update master planning in consultation with Tendering / Contract function as per customer's needs.
-To keep a track of monthly dispatches and update accordingly in terms of monthly sales.
-To prepare monthly and quarterly forecast in line with CDD.
- To have S&OP discussion with Sales team and share factory load
- Monthly reporting on forecast accuracy, OTD performance and other KPIs impacting business

- Any Engineering Graduate with Process knowledge.

- 10+ years of working experience in Project engineering firm

- Process mapping
- Proficient in ERP/SAP
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
