General services in the areas: balancing, performance testing, hydrostatic testing, assembly, painting, coupling and machining.
• Perform general services supporting all areas as needed, these areas may be: balancing machine, performing balancing, removing burrs, issuing reports. Performance testing, performing setup preparation, support during testing, assembling parts for TH. Assembly, cleaning of parts, preparation for assembly, pre-assembly of dry assembly. Painting, washing, preparation for painting
Machining, lowering and deburring of rotors
Coupling, preparing pumps for coupling with movement, preparation of nameplates, pre-assembly
• Reading, interpreting and using the list of materials and/or OP in all activities;
• Performing self-inspection of the work performed;
• Moving equipment and parts with overhead crane, pallet truck and mechanical arm;
• The employee must know how to read, interpret and perform their activities according to the production planning of the area they are supporting, performing the appropriate marking of completion of activities, identifying potential risks, opportunities for improvement and the due recording on the Gemba walk monitoring board. • Ensure that your work area is tidy, orderly, standardized, clean and that these requirements are sustainable.
• Ensure proper storage of instruments and tools against damage and deterioration.
