NVH Engineer

• Motion Technologies: (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of ~ 4,000; operates in 13 countries) manufactures brake components and specialized sealing solutions, shock absorbers and damping technologies primarily for the global automotive, truck and trailer, public bus and rail transportation markets. 
• Industrial Process: (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of ~3,400; operates in 30 countries) manufactures engineered fluid process equipment serving a diversified mix of customers in global industries such as chemical, energy, mining, and other industrial process markets and is a provider of plant optimization and efficiency solutions and aftermarket services and parts. 
• Connect and Control Technologies: (Revenue of $0.8B; headcount of ~ 3,800; operates in 10 countries) manufactures harsh-environment connector solutions, critical energy absorption, flow control components, and composite materials for the aerospace and defense, general industrial, medical, and energy markets.

Responsible for NVH Project.

1. Lead friction brake project NVH development (NVH tuning)
2. Support customer with brake NVH issues
3. Work off-site for customer support, technical meeting
4. Design and define the geometry of brake pad
5. NVH Result analysis
6. Shim supplier management
7. NVH methodology development

1. Bachelor degree with mechanical related major, graduate preferred;
2. Driving license;
3. Knowledge of NVH Software analysis, LINK Dyno prefered
4. Knowledge of instruments related to frequency analysis (Siemens LMS) preferred
5. Knowledge of required measurements on test samples preferred
6. Familiar with noise development on Automotive industry preferred
7. Knowledge of Script and Procedure on NVH Dyno
8. Strong technical and analytical skills and ability to deliver results
9. Good knowledge of NVH (with simulation experience will be perfect)
10. Be familiar with NVH test devices like Siemens\Head etc.
11. Can work under pressure
12. Fluent in English
