• Motion Technologies: (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of ~ 4,000; operates in 13 countries) manufactures brake components and specialized sealing solutions, shock absorbers and damping technologies primarily for the global automotive, truck and trailer, public bus and rail transportation markets. 
• Industrial Process: (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of ~3,400; operates in 30 countries) manufactures engineered fluid process equipment serving a diversified mix of customers in global industries such as chemical, energy, mining, and other industrial process markets and is a provider of plant optimization and efficiency solutions and aftermarket services and parts. 
• Connect and Control Technologies: (Revenue of $0.8B; headcount of ~ 3,800; operates in 10 countries) manufactures harsh-environment connector solutions, critical energy absorption, flow control components, and composite materials for the aerospace and defense, general industrial, medical, and energy markets.

This role is based in Shenzhen, be responsible for all the activities of production management

Main Responsibilities:

1. Guarantee the fulfillment of the safety, health and environmental standards and related projects defined;
   确保实施安全，健康及环境作业标准及与之相关的项目；
2. Be responsible for planning and coordinating the production processes, include planning and change over as well as maintenance and quality, make sure the products meet the quality and production standards set by the company;
   负责计划和协调生产流程，包括计划、换型以及和维修、质量团队的沟通，确保产品满足公司质量及生产及标准；
3. Optimize and standardize the production activities and coordinate different departments to reduce waste, such as lean projects, schedule; Define and provide data for production; Make sure the efficient operations of equipment, and the supply of raw materials and manpower;
   优化并标准化各项生产活动，协调其它部门实施改进以减少浪费，如精益生产项目，计划安排等；定义并提供生产数据；确保设备，人员和物料支持的效率达到公司设定的目标；
4. Analyze production procedures and techniques and improve productivity and quality by proposing, in collaboration with other departments;
   分析生产和工艺流程，并与其他部门合作提高生产效率和产品质量；
5. Keep and continue improve production area 5S level. 维持并持续提高并生产区域的5S水平；

6. Manage the line leaders and operators in the area. Identify the right people and provide proper training, develop the capabilities of team members;
   负责该区域的员工管理。识别人才并提供合适的培训，发展团队成员的能力；
7. Monitor and well manage the material and WIP in production area. 监视并管理生产区域的原材料和在制品
8. Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities，carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance;
   遵守ESH政策，履行ESH职责，开展ESH各项活动，确保工作符合ESH要求，达成ESH绩效；

Requirements:

1. 5 years experiences related. 五年以上相关工作经验。
2. Bachelor degree or above 本科或以上学历
3. Good communication skills 良好的沟通技能
4. Able to work under pressure and challenge 能够在压力下工作
