• Motion Technologies: (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of ~ 4,000; operates in 13 countries) manufactures brake components and specialized sealing solutions, shock absorbers and damping technologies primarily for the global automotive, truck and trailer, public bus and rail transportation markets. 
• Industrial Process: (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of ~3,400; operates in 30 countries) manufactures engineered fluid process equipment serving a diversified mix of customers in global industries such as chemical, energy, mining, and other industrial process markets and is a provider of plant optimization and efficiency solutions and aftermarket services and parts. 
• Connect and Control Technologies: (Revenue of $0.8B; headcount of ~ 3,800; operates in 10 countries) manufactures harsh-environment connector solutions, critical energy absorption, flow control components, and composite materials for the aerospace and defense, general industrial, medical, and energy markets.

Be responsible for all the sourcing activities in Wuxi Friction business .

1.Support sourcing activities in order to expand supply base for direct materials;
负责采购工作，扩大直接物料的供应商渠道；
2.Utilize commodity expertise to support on developing Business Plans and Strategic Plan Metrics: incl. (but not limited to) MCS (Material Cost Savings), BCC & Other objectives, supplier performance objectives;

3.Travel to suppliers and other MT facilities as required for this position;

4.Coordinate projects of sourcing/localization and Working Capital improvement, organize cross-functional communications to make sure the project timeline is on track and project deliverables are delivered properly;

5.Maintain category database, be the owner of active category supplier list and price list, SAP info record updating and commodity contracts;

6.Lead supplier management activities, incl. (but not limited to) supplier performance evaluation (scorecard), contract management (negotiate, create, maintain & enforce), purchasing policy and procedure rollout and execution;

7.Capable of providing any other additional support as requested by supervisors;

8.Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities，carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance;

1.At least bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering or chemistry;

2.Have experience related to one or more components (Chemical, Minerals, and Metals);
