The Data Center Hosting Services Administrator II plays a key role in ensuring the operational health, reliability, and performance of ITT’s global hosting infrastructure. Under the direction of the Manager, Hosting Services Operations, this role is responsible for the administration & support of data center services related to systems, storage and core data center services across ITT’s global landscape of 1500+ servers, both on-premises and cloud.
As part of a high-performing global team, this individual supports the hardware, software, monitoring tools, and service processes that host, store and process ITT’s applications and data for shared applications/services and local applications/services that service one or more of our 125+ global locations. This includes the full lifecycle, including but not limited to proactive maintenance, issue resolution, infrastructure upgrades, patching, firmware upgrades, monitoring/alerting services, and comprehensive documentation. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, and business-aligned IT stakeholders.
