We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EHS Engineer to support our plants in the Czech Republic (Ostrava and Prostejov). This role is deeply embedded in our manufacturing environment and requires a strong, consistent presence on the shop floor.
You will work in close collaboration with the maintenance team and shop floor operators, spending a significant amount of time in the factory to understand daily operations, identify risks, and drive safety improvements.

In this role, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of health and safety roadmaps at both local and global levels. You will develop tools, templates, and best practices to promote a proactive safety culture, anticipate potential hazards, and advise on effective solutions. This role is responsible for the following:
University degree in environmental engineering, mechanical engineering, occupational safety engineering, or an equivalent field
