Support for the various areas of the Operations department (contract management, logistics, workshop, field services, and security).
• Supplier management and local and international purchases (intercompany)
• Warehouse stock control, logistics, and workshop
• Physical inventory for accounting closings
• Updating ERP data related to merchandise receipts and dispatches
• Updating documents related to Occupational Health and Safety
• Managing spare parts and service orders
• Coordinating international logistics and customs
• Generating order status reports for major clients
• Creating technical data books for issuing to clients
• Managing the Quality Manual and Testing and Inspection Plan
• Industrial/Mechanical Engineer or related field
• Interest in the industrial, mining, and hydrocarbon sectors
• Interest in operational areas with logistics and manufacturing reach
• Advanced (fluent) English spoken, written, and read.
• Proactive and focused on continuous process improvement.
