Ensure that the documents received by BGM and deliverables to the client comply with the applicable standards and specifications as well as the preparation of the required quality compliance documents.
Main activity• Visual inspection of the general conditions of the fabrications when they are received at the plant.• Dimensional inspection of the materials received in accordance with the applicable drawings defined by the engineering area (bases, stools, columns, heads, etc.)• Preparation and distribution of reports of non-conforming product and rejection• Control and disposition of accepted, non-conforming and rejected materials after dimensional inspection.Additional Activity• Control and organization of photographic and documentary evidence of the state of reception of the material.• Inspection, validation and control of quality compliance documents (CMTR, reports, etc.) in accordance with applicable specifications and standards.• Preparation and control of quality compliance documents (ITP, reports, certificates of conformity, etc.) according to the scope of the projects• Preparation, distribution and control of reports of non-conforming product and rejection• Control and organization of photographic and documentary evidence of the manufacturing process of the different projects Responsibilities• Clean, order and store the tools / equipment / instruments used during your working day, leaving a clean work area according to the standard of order and cleanliness (6S)• Carry out a security observation per month and propose an action to improve or solve the observation.• Take care of your integrity and that of your colleagues when performing safe maneuvers with equipment of any size.• At all times follow up on your assigned workload and report any questions / anomalies / discrepancies with your immediate supervisor.• Is responsible for physically carrying the pump from its assembly area to the test area, maintaining order at all times.
