Be responsible to design mold, tooling, and automation fixture, and to support the mold, tooling and automation fixture related process trouble shooting and continuous improvement activities.

主要负责模具、工装和自动化夹具的设计工作，同时支持到这些设计内容相关的生产过程问题的处理和持续改善活动。

1. Design, develop, and optimize molds, tooling fixtures, and automation equipment fixtures.
   负责模具、工装夹具及自动化设备夹具的设计、开发与优化；
2. Improve the existed production devices and equipment through modification design;
   参与产品前期开发评审，提供可行性分析及设计建议；
3. Create 3D models, engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.

完成3D建模、工程图纸绘制、BOM清单编制及技术文档撰写；

4. Collaborate with production and process engineers to resolve technical issues during prototyping, assembly, and mass production;

协同生产、工艺等部门解决试模、装配及量产中的技术问题；

5. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and materials to drive innovation and cost optimization;

跟踪行业新技术、新材料，推动设计创新和成本优化；

6. Support technical communication and quality inspection with suppliers.

支持供应商技术沟通与验收。

7. Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities，carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance;
   遵守ESH政策，履行ESH职责，开展ESH各项活动，确保工作符合ESH要求，达成ESH绩效；
8. Other works assigned by the supervisor.

• 3+ years of experience in mold/tooling/automation fixture design;

3年以上模具/工装/自动化夹具设计经验；

• Familiarity with common mold structures (e.g., injection molds, stamping dies, hot pressing molds) and mechanical fixture design principles;

熟悉常见模具结构（如注塑模、冲压模、热压模）和机械夹具设计原理

• Experience in non-standard automation equipment or production line fixture design is a plus;

有非标自动化设备或生产线夹具设计经验者优先；

• Knowledge of machining processes (CNC, EDM, heat treatment) and material properties (steel, aluminum, ect.);

了解常规加工工艺（CNC、线切割、热处理等）及材料特性（如钢材、铝合金等）；

• Good knowledge and experience of different kinds of actuators and their driven or transmission systems, such as the cylinders, guides, servo-motors, ballscrew …, be capable of selecting the right one for specific application and defining the specs.

对常见执行器及其驱动和传送系统有着良好的知识和应用经验，能够针对特定地应用恰当地选择执行器并定义好型号规格。
