The role of the Technical Infrastructure Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize Infrastructure and Network projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. With infrastructure and network experience , this individual is responsible for coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to successfully deliver projects. In addition to leading projects, the Technical Infrastructure Project Manager will be part of a team driving continuous improvement in delivery practices.
This person will be responsible for a portfolio of IT Infrastructure and Network projects and will be expected to work collaboratively with team members and various stakeholders to scope, deeply understand intended outcomes and success criteria, create a holistic plan to achieve the intended business outcome(s), and lead/drive the effort in coordination with other corporate and value center IT teams. Ultimately, this person will secure stakeholder alignment and ensure/lead the effective execution of IT infrastructure and network projects, including the definition of scope, functional designs, technical designs, and project plans (along with all customary relevant artifacts). Lastly, this person will ensure that at the completion of the project scope, the intended business outcomes are measured and have been realized in an organized and accountable manner.
