Position Summary

Job Description  

Reporting to the Market Manager for Aerospace & Defense Europe, the successful candidate will support technical, pricing, and marketing related deliverables. The candidate will interact daily with the ITT Connectors sales and engineering organization, distributors, end customers in support of product management activities. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide sales support by supplying product related information to the sales team, distributors, and end customers 
  • Provide marketing communications support, develop sales tools, support and participate into trade shows 
  • Provide product and project management support 
  • Work in close coordination with the pricing group in responding to bids, tactical quotes and contract pricing inquiries as directed by the Product Managers 
  • Support product cost and market price analysis in coordination with the Product Managers to improve margins and closure rates on quotes and contract pricing agreements 
  • Support cost estimates for customized products and special bids, interacting directly with Purchasing and Engineering 

Position Requirements

Requirements 

  • Completed degree in engineering, business, or a comparable field 
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, Sales, or Customer Service , ideally in the military or aerospace connector industry 
  • Technical understanding of connector systems 
  • Proficient in MS Office 
  • Structured, reliable, and independent working style 
  • Strong communication skills when interacting with internal teams, sales partners, and customers 
  • Very good English language skills 
  • Position can be based both in Italy or Germany
