Position Summary

We are currently seeking a passionate Business Development to join ITT Cannon interconnect team responsible for Connector in Rest of Asia region exclude China, Japan.

Open for candidates based in Asia, location negotiable.

Essential Responsibilities

Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with both global and local A&D OEMs as well as NA / Europe colleague.  Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams.

Sales Support & Collaboration:

Work with Internal Product Line Managers and Customer Service teams to provide comprehensive technical sales support.

Assist in crafting tailored product presentations and technical solutions for customers.

Strategic Planning:

Contribute to the development of business development strategies for channel sales and ensure consistent follow-through. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for sales strategies.

Business Development:

Manage existing customer accounts while proactively developing new business pipelines.  Identify and cultivate strategic channel partnerships to drive market penetration and revenue growth.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical & Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical sales role, preferably within the Aerospace & Defense industry.
  • Strong understanding of connector, cable and system design and manufacturing is preferable
  • Demonstrated ability to directly manager customer engagements including excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently with ITT Connector Worldwide team
  • Team player with demonstrated leadership skills working across functional departments
  • Organizational skills to anticipate, prioritize, plan, organize to meet and exceed strategic objectives with relentless focus on customer satisfaction
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the Asia Pacific region (Hong Kong / Singapore / Malaysia / Vietnam / South Korea / Taiwan / Australia) and work with different time zone
