Position Summary

Supervision over ensuring the efficient functioning of the Quality Department.

Essential Responsibilities

• Supervision over the implementation of the strategy adopted at Axtone S.A. Quality Policy
• Supervision of the Company's external and internal quality reporting
• Supervision and monitoring of documentation validity
• Complaints process management
• Customer contact regarding quality processes (regarding technical and quality issues)
• Quality control management for individual products
• Establishing and optimizing indicators and goals related to the quality process
• Ensuring compliance of purchased raw materials, components, and services with quality requirements
• Monitoring the quality parameters of manufactured products and offered services
• Ensuring compliance of held quality certificates with market requirements
• Cooperation with authorities and other organizations regarding quality
• Area budget management
• Planning and organizing team work
• Reporting in accordance with the applicable organizational structure
• Updating externally supervised documents
• Creating supply assurance plans

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an independent position in quality management, including 1 year of experience in team management
  • Higher education
  • English language skills at B2 level
  • Knowledge of management techniques
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, SMED and 5S 
  • Knowledge of the IRIS standard
