Be responsible to design new production tooling and equipment or improve the existed, which can support the process engineers to quickly upgrade our production process.

1. Design and develop dedicated production devices and equipment;
   负责按照工艺要求开发和设计专用生产设备和装置；
2. Improve the existed production devices and equipment through modification design;
   负责按照工艺要求对现有的设备和装置进行改造设计；
3. Design and improve production tooling and fixtures;
   负责按照工艺要求设计生产过程中用到的工装和夹具；
4. Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities，carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance;
   遵守ESH政策，履行ESH职责，开展ESH各项活动，确保工作符合ESH要求，达成ESH绩效；

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Machine Design; 本科及以上学历，机械设计类专业；
2. Design experience with mechanical and electrical machine;
   机电产品设计经验；
3. Basic knowledge of electrical automation;
   具备一定的电气自动化方面的知识；
4. Be able to independently finish the design of mechanical part of a whole machine (include hydraulic and pneumatic parts);
   能够独立完成非标产品的机械结构和机械部件的设计（含液压和气动部分）；
5. Be able to independently finish drawings and BOM;
   能够独立完成设计产品的工程图纸和物料清单的编制；
6. Be familiar with all kinds of standard components and properly apply them into design (Cylinders, valves, motors, bearings, guides and so on);
   熟悉常见机械标准件并能够正确的选用（气缸、阀、马达、轴承、导轨等）；
7. Good practical ability (assembly and machine commission);
   具有良好的动手能力（安装调试设备等）；
8. Be skilled with Auto CAD and Solidworks;
   熟练应用CAD及solidworks等三维软件；
9. Independently and successfully developed and designed different kinds of automatic machines;
   独立成功地设计过多种成套自动化工艺装备；
10. Project planning and execution;
    项目的计划和执行能力；
