Be responsible for the equipment maintenance work in Friction plant.

1. Maintain all electric control software and hardware of production equipment in good condition.
2. Support trouble shooting in daily production
3. Insure the availability of all control software and keep them updated.
4. Keep optimize the control software and hardware to meet the safety, quality and productivity target.
5. Develop new control programs on current machine to meet new requirements from safety quality and productivity.
6. Utilize the potential capability of machine to meet new customer requirement.
7. Develop new software to improve the efficiency of maintenance activities
8. Train electricians.
9. EHS requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above 本科或以上学历

4. Master on PLC system (Siemens)
5. Proficient in servo motion control, frequency drive, Heating control
6. Familiar with automation (pneumatic, hydraulic and vision system)
7. Familiar with Robot programing and application developing (Fanuc and Staublii)
