  • Develop a strong understanding of pump operating parameters—including performance curves, power consumption, NPSH, efficiency, and system dynamics—to support aftermarket solutions.
  • Identify bad‑actor machines at customer sites and propose solutions aligned with reliability requirements. Work closely with ITT supply chain, engineering, and operations teams to develop site‑specific solutions consistent with quality, lead‑time, and pricing expectations.
  • Proactively identify support needs for plant shutdowns and turnarounds.
  • Provide insights into the ITT Projects Team regarding upcoming debottlenecking initiatives and other brownfield expansion activities.
