Position Summary

The Sales Engineer be responsible for managing and enhancing the sales revenue and services for ITT IP products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CSP and Chemical sales management, good communication skills, and a well and sensitive understanding of the pump industry.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Grow the pump business in the assigned territory within Greater China region according to agreed targets.
  • Create and update channel partners mapping in the target area and industry
  • Acquiring project or client information through visiting EPC/Design House and developing agents, and reporting to Sales Director for unified sales strategy planning
  • Familiar with pump application and selection through company training and can-do pump bid and offering with pricing strategies.
  • Register and nurture opportunities in the global CRM tool according to company guidelines. Ensure customer master data is updated on the portfolio of customers under own responsibility.
  • Close collaboration with other sales team members especially for big project to win.

Position Requirements

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in pump related industry or mechanical rotating equipment industry.

  • College degree or higher in Mechanical, Automation, Marketing or related fields preferred.
  • Experience in pump sales or aftermarket service environment.
  • Proven ability to acquire new customers and establish agent networks independently.
  • Possessing existing industry resources in sectors like petrochemicals, power energy, steel, or power plants is often prioritized.
  • Willingness to travel on short-term or long-term assignment.
  • Mature with good mental attitude

  • Open location for candidates based in Xi'an, Chengdu or other north-west cities.
