To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a SAP SD Specialist with solid experience in Sales & Distribution processes and a good understanding of logistics and warehouse flows, particularly in the areas where sales, shipping and warehouse operations are integrated.
This role will act as a functional point of reference for the business, contributing to the evolution of end-to-end processes and ensuring proper application maintenance of the system.
- Act as functional lead for SAP SD processes, serving as the main interface between business and IT
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) processes, from sales order to billing
- Ensure effective integration between SAP SD and logistics, with a focus on warehouse and shipping flows
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the evolution of sales and distribution processes
- Manage SAP application maintenance, including analysis, prioritization and resolution of tickets/incidents and change requests
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely issue resolution and high service quality
- Produce and maintain functional documentation and support testing and go-live activities
- 5–7+ years of experience in SAP SD roles, preferably in complex or integrated environments, with a strong expertise in SAP SD (sales orders, pricing, billing, shipping)
- Good understanding of warehouse and logistics processes and SD integration with WM/EWM and LE
- Solid knowledge of end-to-end business flows involving sales, logistics and finance/accounting
- Strong functional analysis skills and ability to produce functional specifications
- Experience in ticket management and application maintenance activities
