About Finance Shared Services (FSS)
ITT FSS provides services to many of ITT’s businesses located around the globe, including the following services: Procure to Pay (PtP), Travel and Expense (T&E), Order to Cash (OtC) and Financial Accounting and Reporting (FA&R).
ITT FSS currently has in-house centers in US, UK, China and India, and also works with an outsource partner, Genpact, in India, China and Romania. The India in-house FSS team is currently quite a small team, but significant expansion is expected as more of ITTs sites from around the globe transition work into FSS. Overall, there are > 150 FTE currently working in FSS.
Position Summary
The Credit Analyst, Order to Cash, will be responsible for supporting effective credit risk management, customer account review, cash collection, dispute resolution and reporting activities across ITT’s Finance Shared Services organisation. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, customers and business teams to help manage trade credit risk, protect cash flow, reduce overdue debt, improve working capital performance and ensure consistent application of credit and collections policies.
